Sometimes it’s what it feels like
Wednesday, January 7th, 2009There are lots of good techs you can talk to when calling (any) tech support but sometimes it feels like it’s this guy. One guy gave me shit for not reporting all the details of an ongoing ticket to him at which point I reminded him that I had already reported the information he was asking for at the beginning of the ticket about two months earlier and that “I’M THE GODDAMN CUSTOMER AND NOT YOUR F@CKING WIFE!!!”.
With respect to all the good techs in India an anywhere else in the world.
